Why protein at every meal changes everything
If you only remember one habit from this blog, let it be this one: aim for a solid protein source at every meal, not just at supper.
Protein helps you stay fuller for longer, protects the muscle you work hard for in the gym, and steadies the energy dips that send you looking for something sweet at 3pm.
Practical looks like: eggs, amasi or Greek yoghurt at breakfast; chicken, fish, beans or lentils at lunch; and your usual protein at supper. If a meal has no protein, that is the meal to fix first.
You do not need shakes or expensive products to get there. Whole foods, planned ahead of time, do the job — and we can map that out together in a consultation.
